PSRS opens new South Los Angeles office headed up by new Principals Trevor Blood and Michael Warner
PSRS is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Heading up this new office will be Principals Trevor Blood and Michael Warner. Trevor Blood joins our firm from Walker & Dunlop, where he served as Director of Capital Markets. Prior to that experience, Trevor enjoyed the same role at PSRS. Before PSRS, he spent three years on the leasing and investment sales team at Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield). Trevor brings with him over 10 years of industry experience, focusing on bringing the best capital solutions to his clients through a comprehensive suite of financing options.
Michael Warner also previously worked at Walker & Dunlop as Senior Vice President, and previously was a Principal with the George Elkins Company which he joined in 2002 prior to the sale to Walker & Dunlop. Michael brings with him 30 years of banking, portfolio management, sales management, and mortgage banking experience and has financed over $1B in commercial real estate debt and structured finance.
